Product Quality, Delivery, and Return Policy – Avop Pty Ltd (Trading as Bee’s Appliance Outlet)
1. Quality Inspection & Packaging Each item will undergo a quality inspection at the store. This includes photographing the product and recording video footage of the inspection. Once inspected, the item will be securely boxed and wrapped in an extra protective plastic layer.
2. Courier Collection & Delivery The courier company will collect the item from our premises and make contact with the customer for delivery. Customers must provide valid identification upon receiving their goods. Important: Goods will not be released without proper identification from the original purchaser.
3. Reporting Damaged Goods In the event of damage during delivery, the customer must notify Avop Pty Ltd (Trading as Bee’s Appliance Outlet) within 24 hours of receiving the item.
· Photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item must be submitted within this 24-hour period.
· Failure to report within the specified time may void any claim for damage.
4. Faulty Products If the supplied product is faulty, the customer must notify us and return the item within 7 days of the purchase date.
· The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
· No exceptions will be accepted.
· All return and exchange costs will be at the customer’s expense.
5. Returns After 7 Days
Returns made after 7 days will be subject to an assessment process.
· A formal report will be generated after inspection.
· It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase for assessment and to collect it after the process is completed.
