Warranty & Refund Policy (PLEASE READ)
Warranty Terms
1. 1. We offer a 6-month warranty on most of our items, unless stated otherwise.
2. 2. No warranty on cracked or faulty screens. (No returns & no refunds) Apon returning the TV, the TV will be sent for assessment. The report will be issued within 2-3 business days.
3. 3. The warranty is not valid on goods supplied that got damaged due to load shedding, lightning, and/or power surges.
4. 4. No warranty on burned pc boards, burned IC on screen panels, burned backlights due to power surges, lightning or loadshedding.
5. 5. This warranty does not cover any defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence, including but not limited to, improper handling, transport, or installation. This includes damages caused by foreign objects or incorrect electrical connections that are not part of the appliance itself. E.g. when loading a washing machine in your car and not upright on the back of a bakkie, when laying your fridge flat and not standing upright.
6. 6. The warranty is not valid on goods supplied that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.
7. 7. Items stated as pre-loved only comes with a 3-month warranty.
8. 8. Please do not remove any check stickers from goods supplied before warranty is over.
Warranty Policy for Small Appliances
9. 9. Our warranty covers a 3-month period on all small appliances, including but not limited, blenders, toasters, kettle, irons, mixers, small fans, heaters, rice cookers, air fryers, and any semi portable appliances. Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or any motor burn out on the item.
Exclusions / Liminations
1. 1. This warranty does not cover damage caused by pests, including but not limited to rodents, insects, cockroaches or other vermin. Damages resulting from the presence or activity of pests, such as chewing, nesting, or infestation, is not covered under this warranty. E.g. cockroaches entering appliances can lead to several problems, including short circuits, corrosion and the spread of allergens and contaminations. Cockroaches can damage the internal components of appliances, affect their functionality and potentially shortening their lifespan.
2. 2. Please note that the customer is responsible for pest control and maintenance, and that the warranty will be void if the damage is a result of inadequate pest control measures.
Return Policy
1. 1. If the product/goods supplied is faulty, the customer should notify us and return the product/goods within 7 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that it is in its original packaging, with all accessories included. No exceptions will be accepted.
2. 2. Please keep the original invoice copy. Our warranty is only valid with the original invoice supplied. We do not accept copies or photocopies.
3. 3. All returns after 7 days will be sent for assessment. No refunds.
4. 4. In the case we must refund for any reason whatsoever, please note there will be a 3-day waiting period.
5. 5. We do not refund delivery charges or cover any transport fees.
6. 6. When any goods need to be returned by the customer for whatever reason, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover the cost.
Conditions
1. 1. Warranty is subject to repair or exchange depending on the case.
2. 2. No refunds will be issued for non-valid reasons.
3. 3. Items stated, "as is/pre-loved." No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on items stated, "as is/pre-loved."
Delivery
Please note the delivery amount is only for transporting your goods, please arrange for assistance with offloading. Please also note that the driver is not responsible for taking the goods upstairs. Deliveries are normally done the next day. Please note that deliveries might be delayed due to rainy weather. All customers will be notified when driver is loading the goods to ensure the customer is available/present, the driver is instructed not to wait longer than 5 minutes due to security reasons. If the customer failed to receive the delivery a new delivery date will be rescheduled and charged for.
Lay-by Options & Terms.
Lay-by Option 1 – 30 Day Lay-by

1.2 50% Deposit is required and within the 30-day period the balance needs to be settled.
1.3 A storage fee of R250 will be charge and is non refundable.

2.2 30% - 40% Deposit is required with a storage fee of R600 (non refundable) on first payment,Please read 3 month lay by contract for full terms and conditions.
We do offer storage @ R250 per month. Please note that all late payments will be charged with storage fee @ R250 per month.
If you wish to collect your goods, please inform Bee’s Outlet 3 days in advance so that we can insure the goods are available in store when collecting.
There will be a 7 or 15% handling fee charge on any late payments, exchanges and cancellations. No exceptions.
Always bring your original invoice with you when settling your lay-by balance, we will not accept any photos of your invoice as proof only the original copy, if the customer wants to settle their lay-by before due date, it will be there responsibility to inform Bees Outlet 3 days before settling the amount in order to make sure the stock is in the shop to avoid disappointment.
INSTRUCTIONS ON WHEN TRANSPORTING YOUR FRIDGE / FREEZER
1. 1. Always transport the fridge / freezer in an upright position, never put the fridge laying down on the front, back or sides.
2. 2. When loading / off-loading a fridge / freezer, never pick it up at the back where the compressor is, as you will damage the pipes and or wiring.
3. 3. After transporting your fridge / freezer please leave it off for 6 – 8 hours for the gas and oil to settle, fail to do so your fridge will not work 100%. If you don't let it sit long enough, the motor could overheat and get ruined, and they aren't cheap to replace. If you plug it in right away, the oil might not be in the right place, and there's a risk it could leak into the refrigerant lines and cause blockages.
WHEN TRANSPORTING A WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER OR TUMBLE DRYER.
WASHING MACHINE
It's recommended you always keep a washing machine in an upright position. Laying a washer on its side can cause the inner and outer tubs to bump against each other, which can loosen support pads or damage the suspension. It can also cause the tubs to move out of alignment and alter the way your unit works.
DISHWASHER
Transport position: On its back: Dishwashers are best transported on their back, with the door facing up.
Protect from rain: If transporting the dishwasher outdoors, ensure it's covered to prevent rain damage.
TUMBLE DRYER
Move Standing Upright: Always move the dryer standing upright; lying it on its side can damage internal components.
WHEN INSTALLING APPLIANCES.
When installing a washing machine, tumble dryer, or dishwasher, ensure the area is well-ventilated, especially for tumble dryers, and that the appliances are level and stable. For stacking, use a dedicated stacking kit to ensure structural integrity. Proper plumbing, electrical, and ventilation connections are crucial for safety and optimal performance.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT BOLTS WERE NECESSARY.
General Tips:
Space: Measure and plan for the appliances, including space for cords, vents, and heat dissipation.
Levelling: Ensure the machines are level to prevent noise, vibration, and potential damage.
Plumbing: Use proper plumbing connections for water and drain, ensuring no leaks.
Electrical: Use a dedicated and properly grounded electrical outlet.
Ventilation: Ensure the dryer has proper ventilation, especially if it's a ventless model.
Safety: Consult manufacturer instructions and local building codes for safety.
Please retain your invoice, as it is required for all warranty claims. Returns or refunds will not be processed without the original invoice. Upon collection of goods, the original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase. No exceptions will be made.
When collecting any goods, please bring the ORIGINAL INVOICE with as proof of purchase. NO GOODS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE!!
